About Vitanov Construction — Colorado Home Builder.

Vitanov Construction is a Colorado-based residential builder grounded in the simple idea that craftsmanship still matters — and that the people doing the work should care as much as the people paying for it.

Vitanov Construction LLC is a privately owned residential general contractor based in Littleton, Colorado, serving the Denver metro and the Colorado Front Range. We work directly for homeowners on custom home building, home additions, remodeling, and excavation and site work.

/ Our story

A general contractor that
actually does the work.

Vitanov Construction is a Colorado-based general contractor specializing in residential home building, renovations, and excavation/dirt work. We handle site prep, grading, trenching, and full home builds and remodels, delivering clean and efficient results from start to finish.

Our focus is simple: quality work, reliable timelines, and clear communication. Whether it's new construction or improving an existing home, we take pride in doing the job right and delivering results that last.

We started Vitanov Construction because we got tired of seeing homes built fast instead of built right — and built a company that handles every phase with the same standards from earthwork to finishing.

/ Why Vitanov

What you get
working with us.

Permits Coordinated

Permits and licensed trade work are coordinated as required by the applicable jurisdiction and project scope.

Clear Communication

Direct lines, honest updates, no chasing your contractor for answers.

Realistic Scheduling

Timelines built around real inspection and weather windows, and revised honestly when they move.

Quality That Lasts

Materials and methods that hold up to Colorado's climate, year after year.

/ Our values

The standards
we hold.

Every one of these is something a homeowner can check on their own job site. That is deliberate — values only matter if they are visible in the work.

Craftsmanship over speed
Square framing, flat walls, tile layouts planned so cuts land where nobody sees them. We would rather add a day than leave something we would not accept in our own homes.
Attention to detail
Consistent reveals, caulk lines you cannot fault, hardware set level, paint cut clean. The finish carpentry is where a build either reads custom or reads cheap.
Communication without chasing
You get weekly progress updates with photos, a schedule that gets revised honestly when weather or inspections move it, and answers during working hours.
Safety on every site
Trench protection, fall protection, controlled access, and tools locked down at the end of the day. Nobody gets hurt building your house.
Quality control before we call it done
Rough-in walkthroughs before anything gets covered, a pre-drywall photo record for your files, and a punch list that we close out in writing.
Straight answers about money
If a scope will run over, you hear it while there is still a decision to make — not on the final invoice. Allowances are named and priced up front.
/ How we work

Eight steps,
start to keys.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We talk through goals, budget range, and constraints before anyone measures anything.

  2. 02

    Site visit

We walk the property, check access, soils, drainage, and utilities, and photograph existing conditions.

  3. 03

    Estimate

A line-item proposal with named allowances, exclusions, and a realistic schedule window.

  4. 04

    Planning

Selections, drawings where needed, structural engineering, and a materials list locked in.

  5. 05

    Permits & scheduling

We submit plans, carry plan-review corrections, and sequence trades around inspection dates.

  6. 06

    Construction

Daily cleanup, weekly photo updates, and rough-in walkthroughs before anything gets closed.

  7. 07

    Walkthrough

We build the punch list together and price nothing extra for our own corrections.

  8. 08

    Completion

Final inspection, project documentation, care instructions, and a clean site handed back.
